Satellite Cursor

this cursor is was made after making my picture "Stellar Sunrise" which i had on my background. my mom asked how i made the little satellite blink in my picture. told her it moved sometimes too. she thought it was awesome, til i told her the truth, then she just thought the cursor was neat, so whatever, lol. anywys, enjoy, ^_^
